Shipping your order

Shipping is possible to all destinations mentioned below. The below shipping costs and delivery times apply to all countries listed.

* Orders which are directly paid with iDEAL, PayPal Credit Card, Bancontact/Mistercash or SOFORT banking can be processed immediately. Orders which are paid via bank transfer will be processed after having received the payment. If the order is placed and paid before 05:00 pm, the times of delivery mentioned above apply. If a product is not in stock, the time of delivery may expand. The time of delivery is under reserve.

** Orders shipped outside of Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Track Your Order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you receive and e-mail. In this e-mail you find the tracking code and a link to the tracking website. You can enter the tracking code on the tracking website in order to check the status of your delivery.

Pick up your order at our physical store in Hilversum

If you want to pick up your order (instead of having it delivered) you can mention that during the order process. After you have placed your order we contact you in order to make a pick-up-appointment. Finally you can pick up your order at our physical store in Hilversum. Picking up is free of charge.
