14-day return policy on Longboarddeal

After having received your product, you have 14 days to return or exchange your product(s). You can return a product without mentioning any reasons. However, we would appreciate to know the reasons of return in order to improve our service.

Terms and Conditions:

If the product does not meet your expectations you can return or exchange it within 14 days after receiving your order.

• The product is neither damaged nor used.
• The product is neither altered nor used.
• The product and/or its packing is complete.
• The packing is neither damaged nor used.

Step-by-step instruction: Return or exchange a product

1. Inform us via telephone or mail (contact form) that you want to return a product.
2. You receive instructions for the shipping of the product you want to return via e-mail or telephone.
3. After having received the returned products, you get a confirmation mail.
4. We exchange the product and send you a substitute product or refund the amount of your order* within 10 business days.

Please make sure that the returning products are boxed properly in order to avoid damage. The shipping costs for returning or exchanging a product will not be refunded.

* Ordering and returning 1 product: amount of order including paid shipping costs.
Ordering several products and returning 1 product: only the amount of order (no shipping costs).
